Elizabeth Rosado, a 30-year-old woman from Palm Harbor, Florida, tragically lost her life on December 17, 2017, in Clearwater, FL. Elizabeth, who was of Hispanic descent, was riding in a car with her husband, their 10-year-old daughter, and her brother when the incident occurred.
