Jane McDonald-Crone, a 34-year-old woman from Magnolia, Texas, was last seen on November 14, 1993. She left her home on November 12 for her job at Baker-Hughes in Houston but never returned home after her shift ended. Jane was reportedly last seen at several nightclubs in the northwest Harris County area, including the City Limits Club and Willie's Night Life Club. Witnesses saw her dancing with an unidentified man in one of the clubs around 1 a.m.
on November 14, but she left the club alone later that night.
On November 16, Jane's blue 1982 Ford Mustang was found abandoned near her home. Inside the car were her college textbooks, but her purse and identification were missing, and there were no signs of a struggle. Despite investigations, Jane has not been heard from since, and authorities believe she may have been abducted.
Efforts to locate Jane continue, with law enforcement treating her case as a possible kidnapping. The FBI and local authorities are still encouraging anyone with information to come forward.
