Patricia K. McNeely, aged 32, tragically lost her life on April 14, 1989, in Clearwater, Florida. Patricia, who was visually impaired, was a victim of a horrific family tragedy. On that fateful day, her father, Warren McNeely, fatally shot Patricia and her mother, Flora McNeely, before turning the gun on himself in a murder-suicide.
