Ryan Patrick Bellar, a 7-year-old boy from Lakeland, Florida, tragically lost his life on May 3, 2009. Ryan, along with his mother Wendy Bellar, 31, and his 5-month-old brother Zack, was shot and killed by his father, Troy Ryan Bellar, 34.
