Aquarius P. Devaughn Sr., an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 10, 2013, in Pensacola, Florida. Devaughn, also known as "Mack," was found with gunshot wounds in the vicinity of Belair Road in the Montclair neighborhood. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries. The incident also involved two other individuals who sustained gunshot wounds but survived.
