Fredericko Devon Norris Jr., a 31-year-old African American man, was tragically shot and killed on April 12, 2016, in Pensacola, Florida. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at the Tiki Lane Apartments. According to reports, Norris was inside a vehicle in the apartment complex's parking lot when he was shot. The driver of the vehicle, in an attempt to seek help, drove to the nearest convenience store, but unfortunately, Norris was pronounced dead at the scene.
