Keontae Jones, a 21-year-old from Pensacola, Florida, tragically lost his life on May 17, 2022. Jones was found shot to death at the Forest Creek Apartments, a location notorious for violent incidents. He had traveled from Selma, Alabama, to assist his grandfather who had recently suffered a stroke. On the night of his death, deputies responded to a call at around 2:30 a.m. and discovered Jones' body under a car with a gunshot wound to the chest.
