Joaquan Anderson, a 17-year-old from Tampa, Florida, tragically lost his life on November 26, 2014. On that fateful night, Joaquan was fatally shot at approximately 10:30 PM at the River Oaks Apartments located at 4206 Chestwood Court, Building #48. The incident left the community in shock and mourning, as the young life was cut short by an act of violence.
