Keven Padilla, a 19-year-old male from Orlando, FL, was found dead on February 6, 2015, near his motorized scooter on Rio Pinar Lakes Boulevard. Initially, investigators believed that Padilla had been struck by a vehicle. However, further investigation revealed that his injuries were from gunshots, not a crash. This discovery led to the classification of his death as a homicide.
