Tiffany S. Coffland, a 16-year-old girl from Saint Charles, Illinois, tragically died on March 10, 2017. Tiffany, along with her twin sister Brittany, was found dead in their home, each having suffered a single gunshot wound to the head. The incident was a murder-suicide orchestrated by their father, Randall Coffland, who also died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. Tiffany and Brittany were both 16 years old at the time of their deaths, and they were of Caucasian ethnicity.
