The Greenacres home had a history of domestic disputes, with more than a dozen calls to service in the years leading up to the fatal shootings.
No arrests were made as the perpetrator, Nilda Sheffield, died by suicide at the scene. The case was closed following the investigation, which confirmed the murder-suicide scenario.
