Denarius D. Grover, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 5, 2015, in Fort Myers, Florida. The incident occurred in the Harlem Heights neighborhood, where Grover was found with gunshot wounds. Deputies from the Lee County Sheriff's Office responded to reports of a shooting at the intersection of Concourse Drive and Gladiolus Drive around 11:40 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Grover lying by a fence, critically injured.
