Tarvese Jermaine Johnson, a 17-year-old from Fort Myers, Florida, tragically lost his life on July 2, 2015. Johnson, a promising football player at Cypress Lake High School, was found with his uncle, Andrew Chisholm, 39, suffering from gunshot wounds on the second-floor breezeway of an apartment building on Thomas Street. Both victims died at the scene. The incident occurred during a torrential downpour, which complicated the initial response and investigation by the Fort Myers Police Department
