Annex Jean, a 31-year-old resident of North Miami Beach, Florida, tragically lost his life on October 1, 2015. He was found shot multiple times in a parking lot at a strip mall located at Northeast Seventh and 167th Streets. A North Miami Beach Police officer discovered Jean's body around 11:30 p.m. while on patrol.
