Annex Jean, a 31-year-old resident of North Miami Beach, Florida, tragically lost his life on October 1, 2015. He was found shot multiple times in a parking lot at a strip mall located at Northeast Seventh and 167th Streets. A North Miami Beach Police officer discovered Jean's body around 11:30 p.m. while on patrol. The officer noticed Jean lying on the ground and, upon closer inspection, found that he had been shot multiple times. Rescue services were called to the scene, but Jean was pronounce ...
