Christopher Bradley Francois, a 19-year-old from North Miami Beach, Florida, was tragically found dead on August 26, 2016. His body was discovered in the Fulford By The Sea neighborhood, specifically at the Columbia Tot Lot park, located at the intersection of Northeast 177th Street and Northeast 13th Avenue.
