On May 12, 2019, Mohamad Jradi, a 43-year-old employee of Hertz car rental, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Jradi was sitting in a gray van in a parking lot near the Hertz business when he was struck by a stray bullet. The bullet, which traveled approximately 1,000 feet, hit Jradi in the head, resulting in his immediate death.
