Jaylene Damaris Cruz, a 17-year-old Hispanic female, tragically lost her life on October 2, 2015, in Jacksonville, Florida. The incident occurred while she was with her boyfriend, Elgardo AJ Garcia, an 18-year-old male. According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, the couple was at a kitchen table, smoking marijuana and playing with a stolen .40-caliber Glock handgun.
