Casey Bailey, a 24-year-old resident of Lacoochee, Florida, tragically lost his life on December 16, 2015, in Dade City. The incident occurred when Bailey was found in a crashed 1999 red Ford Explorer with gunshot wounds to his chest and back. The vehicle had crashed in the area of 21st Street and Powerline Road.
