Ricardo Hernandez, a 38-year-old Hispanic man, was tragically killed on February 2, 2016, in Dade City, Florida. The incident occurred during a triple shooting in the 37000 block of Withlacoochee Avenue. Pasco County sheriff's deputies responded to the scene after receiving reports of three Hispanic men arriving at a local hospital with gunshot wounds.
