Thomas Carroll, aged 46, tragically lost his life on December 25, 2015, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. on Breakers Avenue, where Carroll was walking when he was approached by an unknown suspect. Following a verbal exchange, the suspect drew a firearm and shot Carroll multiple times. Despite being rushed to Broward Health Medical Center, Carroll succumbed to his injuries.
