Amiere Castro, a seven-year-old boy from Miami, Florida, tragically lost his life on December 27, 2015, in a drive-by shooting while visiting family for the holidays. The incident occurred in Richmond Heights, a neighborhood located about 24 miles southwest of Miami. According to police reports, four men in a vehicle opened fire on the house where Amiere was staying.
