Kimson Green, a 16-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on April 8, 2018, in the Liberty City neighborhood of Miami, Florida. Kimson, a sophomore at Miami Northwestern Senior High School, was known for his academic excellence and was set to be inducted into the National Honor Society the following month.
