Joshua Bell, a 31-year-old resident of Orlando, Florida, was tragically shot and killed on March 19, 2016. The incident occurred at the Palm Grove Apartments located on W.D. Judge Drive in west Orlando. According to reports, Bell was shot around 10:30 a.m. while standing outside his apartment complex. Emergency responders found him unresponsive and slumped over a second-floor railing with a gunshot wound to his lower abdomen.
