Kevin Harper III, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 16, 2021, in Orlando, Florida. The incident occurred near Baldwin Park, where a double shooting took place around 7:17 p.m. on Carley Court. Harper and another victim, 17-year-old Dillon Paul, were found with gunshot wounds and were immediately transported to a local hospital. Unfortunately, Harper succumbed to his injuries later that night, while Paul passed away the following morning.
