Dontavion Fleming Sr., a 31-year-old African American man, tragically lost his life on April 11, 2016, in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Fleming was shot and killed outside the ATL Barber Shop located at 2910 18th Ave S. The incident occurred around 7:44 p.m., and he succumbed to his injuries at Bayfront Medical Center later that evening.
