Joshua Allen Monroe, a 31-year-old resident of Saint Petersburg, Florida, tragically lost his life on July 4, 2017. The incident occurred around 10:35 p.m. in the 2600 block of Miriam Street South in Gulfport, Florida. Monroe was shot multiple times during a physical altercation that took place outside a home. He was transported to Bayfront Medical Center as a trauma alert but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
