George Hall, a 37-year-old African American man from St. Petersburg, Florida, tragically lost his life on April 15, 2017. Known in the community as "Tow Man George," Hall was the owner of a local towing business. On the night of his death, Hall was involved in an altercation that led to his fatal shooting.
