Timothy Davis Jr., a 34-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on May 15, 2017, in St. Petersburg, Florida. The incident occurred in the Jordan Park area, specifically near the intersection of 23rd Street and 11th Avenue South. Davis, a father of six, was found lying in the street with gunshot wounds around 6:30 p.m. Despite the immediate response from police officers and their efforts to administer CPR, Davis succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
