Tanya Skeen, a 46-year-old resident of Orlando, Florida, tragically lost her life on April 16, 2016, as an innocent victim of a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred in the Parramore neighborhood, where Skeen was inside her apartment putting away groceries when bullets fired from outside pierced through her window, fatally wounding her.
