Helen Vivian Pritchard, aged 72, was found dead on June 28, 2017, in her home near Ocoee, Orlando, Florida. The Orange County Sheriff's Office reported that her death, along with that of her husband, Gary Lee Pritchard, aged 70, was the result of a murder-suicide. The couple's son discovered their bodies in their home on Calathea Drive. An autopsy revealed that both had died from gunshot wounds. The investigation concluded that Gary Pritchard had shot his wife before taking his own life.
