Brian Mortensen, a 32-year-old white male from Orlando, FL, tragically lost his life on March 18, 2016. Mortensen, who had recently become a father, was working as a crew leader for Dave’s Fence Inc., installing a fence at the Magnolia Court Condominiums. During this time, he was struck by a stray bullet fired during a domestic dispute.
