Whitney Kugelman, a 29-year-old resident of Fort Myers, Florida, tragically lost her life on August 1, 2016. The incident occurred at the Pebble Court Apartments, where Kugelman was found shot to death in a breezeway. The Fort Myers Police Department responded to reports of gunfire early that morning. Upon arrival, they discovered Kugelman's body and initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death.
