Alvin Parker, a 22-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 12, 2016, in Miami, Florida. The incident occurred around 8:00 p.m. when Alvin was driving eastbound on N.W. 46 Street. An unknown vehicle approached his car, and someone inside opened fire. Alvin, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the front yard of a residence located at 4535 N.W. 19 Avenue. Emergency responders arrived at the scene and pronounced him dead.
