On the morning of April 15, 2025, tragedy struck in the Biscayne Gardens neighborhood of northeastern Miami-Dade County when 38-year-old Romainson Joseph was fatally shot outside the Mansion Townhouse Condominiums. The incident occurred just before 6 a.m., west of North Miami Beach, leaving residents shaken and authorities scrambling to identify the perpetrator.
