Carlton Cigar Fair, an 85-year-old resident of Miami, Florida, tragically passed away on February 19, 2017. His death was the result of a violent incident that occurred in his home. On the evening of February 19, 2017, Miami-Dade Police responded to a call and found Carlton Fair with a gunshot wound to his abdomen.
