Dontez Lamar Patton, a 25-year-old resident of Winter Park, Florida, tragically lost his life on May 25, 2017. Patton was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the parking lot of the Sun Bay Apartments on Aloma Avenue. The Orange County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene at approximately 6:27 p.m. and immediately transported Patton to Winter Park Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
