Jordan DeJuan Ingram, a 24-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 17, 2016, in Winter Park, Florida. The incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. near the intersection of Comstock and Capen avenues. Jordan, along with Frank Freeman, 46, was fatally shot in what was described as a double homicide.
