On July 28, 2023, 18-year-old Cesar Clemente Hiraldo died in a shooting incident near the Sun Bay Apartments in Winter Park, Florida. The Orange County Sheriff’s Office was called to the scene on Aloma Avenue around 9:20 p.m. Upon arrival, deputies found Hiraldo and a 17-year-old male, both of whom had been shot. Hiraldo was pronounced dead at the scene, while the 17-year-old was taken to the hospital for his injuries and is expected to recover.
