Travis Combs, a 31-year-old man from Sarasota, Florida, was tragically killed on August 28, 2017. Combs was found with a gunshot wound to his upper torso in a grassy lot near 22nd Street and North Orange Avenue. The circumstances surrounding his death have been complex and deeply intertwined with another tragic case in the community.
