Joshua Starkey, a 35-year-old resident of Wesley Chapel, Florida, tragically lost his life on September 1, 2017, in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Starkey was involved in a fatal altercation at the Twin Brooks Apartments located at 4601 22nd Avenue South. On that fateful evening, Starkey was seated in a blue SUV in the apartment complex's parking lot when he encountered another individual.
