Jason Dylan Carr, a 24-year-old male from Saint Petersburg, Florida, tragically lost his life on December 9, 2019. Jason, who was working at Duncan Roofs on 25th Avenue North, was shot in the parking lot of his workplace. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 6:30 AM, when officers responded to a call and found Jason suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
