Tony Earl Smith Jr., a 25-year-old African American male, tragically died on March 12, 2015, in Saint Petersburg, Florida. The incident occurred while he was riding his bicycle. According to reports, Tony Earl Smith Jr. was carrying a handgun in his jacket pocket when it accidentally discharged, resulting in a fatal gunshot wound to his chest.
