Julius Moore, 74, tragically passed away on November 5, 2023, in St. Petersburg, Florida. He was found deceased in his home on 19th Avenue South by concerned relatives who had been unable to contact him. Law enforcement later confirmed he had suffered a fatal gunshot wound. This discovery initiated an immediate investigation by the St. Petersburg Police Department.
