Maxwell Curtis Muennich, an 18-year-old male from Saint Petersburg, Florida, tragically lost his life on April 20, 2016. On the evening of his birthday, Maxwell was involved in a drug transaction outside his home at 2121 First St. South. During this interaction, a vehicle approached, and a confrontation ensued.
