Telvin Kennedy, a 24-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on November 3, 2017. He succumbed to a gunshot wound sustained during a double shooting incident on West 6th Street in Northwest Jacksonville. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office responded to the scene just before 9 p.m. on November 3rd, where they found Kennedy and another man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
