On November 18, 2023, an 18-year-old named Buba Kolly was fatally shot while he and his friend were heading home from a gas station in Jacksonville, Florida. The incident occurred inside their car along Bowden Road near Interstate 95. Buba Kolly died at the scene, while his friend was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
