Keyshawn Rankin, a 19-year-old African American male from Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on June 13, 2016. The incident occurred during a drive-by shooting at the corner of Moncrief Road and Golfair Boulevard. Keyshawn was one of two victims; the other was a 16-year-old male who sustained non-life-threatening injuries. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office reported that Keyshawn was found unresponsive near the Quickway Convenience store and later succumbed to his injuries.
