Elijah Moore, a 22-year-old African American male, was found dead on January 17, 2018, at his home in Tampa, Florida. The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office discovered his body around 2:15 a.m. on Carroway Street. The initial investigation revealed that Moore had been shot, leading to a homicide investigation.
