Devon Payne, a 29-year-old African American male, was tragically found shot to death on January 19, 2018, in Lauderhill, a suburb of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Devon was discovered inside his car, which was parked in front of his home. His mother and sister made the horrifying discovery early in the morning as they were leaving for work.
