Isabel Quair Missing Person Case

Isabel Quair, a 22-year-old woman from Salinas, California, was last seen on November 3, 1986. That evening, around 8:30 p.m., she left her home in the 600 block of Roosevelt Street to purchase milk at a nearby store.
