Quair, who was six months pregnant at the time, left her young child with her boyfriend before heading out. She never returned and has not been heard from since. At the time of her disappearance, Isabel was wearing a brown plaid jacket, a yellow or white blouse, and brown or green corduroy pants.
There have been disturbing rumors about what may have happened to her. A man named Ron Rader alleged that his brother, Bill Enos, was involved in the murders of multiple individuals, including Isabel. However, Enos passed away before any formal charges could be brought, and law enforcement has not corroborated Rader’s claims. Despite these leads, Isabel’s case remains unsolved.
