Isabel Quair, a 22-year-old woman from Salinas, California, was last seen on November 3, 1986. That evening, around 8:30 p.m., she left her home in the 600 block of Roosevelt Street to purchase milk at a nearby store. Quair, who was six months pregnant at the time, left her young child with her boyfriend before heading out. She never returned and has not been heard from since.
